It was smiles all round as our Fitzroy Doncaster 1st XI had the measure of Richmond 1st XI to make it four wins in a row.
The final scores were Fitzroy Doncaster 1st XI 5/136, Richmond 1st XI 4/133. Matthew Spoors's 39 off 25 balls was the highlight with the bat.
The hosts' best was a half-century from Noah Kelly, who made 50 not out. James Doherty added 35 for our opponents. Our best with the ball was Kobe Smith, who took two for 30.
Contributions came from right through the line-up.
That has us sitting on top of the ladder. Thanks to the hosts for the contest.
