Saturday belonged to our Fitzroy Doncaster 2nd XI, who were too good for Dandenong 2nd XI thanks to Zachary Macciocca's 103.

We made 7/232, while Dandenong 2nd XI made 10/122. Take a bow, Zachary Macciocca: a brilliant 103 off 129 balls with seven fours and three sixes. Matthew Bremner passed fifty on the way to 51 off 66 balls with three fours and two sixes. Tyler Evans claimed three for 57 for our opponents.

The hosts' best with the bat was Max Marinic, who made 46. Liam Myott bowled well for a five-wicket haul, five for 25 off eight overs. Kobe Smith finished with two for 27.

Our bowlers led the way on the day. Great work, everyone.
